10 Minute Workouts

Are you short of time but would love to reap the benefits of a regular Face Yoga practice?

I totally get it and that is why I've created a section of bite sized workouts for Academy members with busy lives, because ANY Face Yoga is better than no Face Yoga, right?

The good news is the effects of facial exercises and release techniques are cumulative, meaning they build up over time. Unlike the muscles of the body, facial muscles are much smaller and it takes less work to get them into shape.

In addition to that, every time you practice you are creating muscle memory, so even if you haven't practice for a while, once you start again the muscles 'remember' and respond quite quickly.

You can choose an express workout for a specific area you would like to focus on, or you can follow along to a general one that includes the full face and neck. Any is fine, just do one!..you might even find once you get going you want to do more, because it makes you feel good too.

It's just 10 minutes - how many times have you found yourself hunched over your mobile phone 'doom scrolling' on social media? Next time you catch yourself, switch things up and do a bite- sized face workout instead and redefine the way your face ages!
