Please note; a minimum of 4-6 weeks is recommended before practicing Face Yoga after Botox. Facial exercise and massage techniques can result Botox wearing off more quickly; even after the minimum timeframe of 4-6 weeks it is advisable to only work lightly over an area that has been treated with massage techniques.
In the case of facial fillers, it is important to proceed with caution, especially in regard to the massage techniques. Any massage over areas with facial filler must be performed in a gentle manner to avoid moving the filler.
Facial Threading: It is recommended to avoid overstretching the area where the threads have been placed, so facial exercises and deep massage must be avoided for 8 weeks, especially the massage techniques that involve accessing the oral cavity. As with all other cosmetic procedures, consult your practitioner for advice before practicing any of the techniques demonstrated in The Skin Wytch masterclasses or courses.
The Skin Wytch and heirs will not be held responsible for any adverse effects from practicing any of the techniques demonstrated in The Skin Wytch masterclasses or courses following any of the above or any other cosmetic procedures.
