25 Minute Workouts
These morning workouts are exclusively for Skin Wytch Academy members.
As with all natural methods of facial rejuvenation, consistency is key. Much like exercising the body - if we only went to the gym once in a while, we wouldn't see results. Think of the Academy as a gym membership, especially for your face!
Not all facial muscles need toning up, some actually need releasing of tension to create balance in the face. In my Face Yoga Flow sessions we do a combination of it all, but it's not just a bunch of exercises to make you look younger - these workouts will make you feel good on the inside too.
Learning Face Yoga techniques is one thing, keeping a regular practice going is another thing entirely and that is why I create and deliver regular and seamless facial fitness sessions to keep you motivated and accountable. In addition to two live morning classes each week, you have access to a whole library of replays to follow along to whenever you like.
