Have you ever wondered what Face Yoga is, or tried it out for yourself? Done correctly and consistently, facial exercises have the power to completely lift and transform your face. But they are not all created equal; some techniques out there aren't very effective and some can actually make things worse! If you're new to Face Yoga or if you've dabbled in facial exercises before and dismissed it when the results didn't materialise, I'm inviting you to take a peek into my world with fresh eyes.

In this introductory workshop I explain a little about Face Yoga and what it can do for you. You will identify your own individual 'crisis' point' on your face and also your gravitational type, which determines how you will age and more importantly, what you can do about it.  

You will learn techniques to release tension from the cranial muscles and learn key exercises to lift and smooth your upper face and forehead region.
The key to a successful face yoga practice always starts with tension release; only then we can begin to condition muscles that have lost their tone and are contributing to sagging facial features.
