In this masterclass you will learn the foundational exercises that are key to a successful Face Yoga practice. Upper body alignment and head posture have a huge impact on what is showing up on the face. I know that it's tempting to dive straight in to the facial practices, but this is the nitty gritty work that you won't want to skip to help you achieve a much better all over result.

Sit in front of a mirror and look at your reflection making a mental note of what you see. Imagine a string pulling you up through the top of your head and lengthen up through your spine. Position your chin so that it is parallel to the floor, open your chest and pull back your shoulders. Now look at yourself again and see the difference, particularly to your jawline - an Instant Face Lift!
